What types of services do you offer?
We provide a wide range of non-emergency healthcare services for our patients. These services can be found on our services page.
Do I need an appointment?
We are not taking walk-ins at this time so an appointment is required. You can call to schedule your appointment at 302-481-4181
Do you accept my insurance?
We accept most insurances, however, to receive verification please call.
What ages do you treat?
We treat patients 16 and older. For patients under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Please bring your photo ID, insurance card, your co-pay (if you have one), and parent or guardian if under the age of 18.
Do you offer virtual visits?
Yes. Our virtual visits are done through a Telehealth platform. However, some initial visits must be done in person.
What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be done 24 hours prior to the appointment. Those who fail to cancel within those 24 hours may be subject to cancellation fees.
Can I walk in for urgent needs?
We do not provide emergency services. In case of an emergency, please contact 911 or visit your nearest hospital/ER
